About the event
In this special 2-hour free seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of BJJ and then you will learn several techniques from Women Empowered, the world’s leading beginner BJJ program for women. Â
This event is being offered at the Rosemount Certified Training Center location. Â Although no experience is necessary, the event often reaches capacity so pre-registration is strongly recommended. Â This event is the safest and most enjoyable way to be introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so we really look forward to sharing the mat with you. Â Â Â
