Yoga Sculpt- We deepen the power of yoga in this class by adding free weights. Our studio is lit with candles & soft lighting as we move to upbeat music, while intensifying your practice with light weights. Bring a yoga mat.

Bootcamp- Improve your overall body's functional strength, balance, coordination, and cardio endurance with a variety of exercises.

Warehouse AAA- Arms, Abs, and Assets will get your heart thumping through strength exercises targeting your upper body, core, and glutes. You will be challenged with tools like: dumbbells, resistance loops and your own body weight.

Oula Dance Fitness- Oula is an easy to follow, motivating cardio dance class that will leave you feeling energetic, happy, and full of positive vibes.

Barre Fitness- Low impact, high intensity, and high energy dance inspired workout class. We use a variety of equipment to help create a balanced physique and fire up your muscles.

Pound- Pound is a full body rhythmic drumming inspired workout that uniquely combines cardio conditioning & strenth training, with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements using lightly weighted drum sticks.
